This leading national residential developer has an exciting opportunity for an Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to join their flagship residential development in West Sussex.
As Quantity Surveyor you will work alongside a mix of experienced and qualified, keen individuals with a dynamic attitude to construction. You will be based on the site fulltime with a day working remotely.
This is a long-term construction of a new village and creation of a new community which will include a school, transport links, a range of different housing, medical facilities, community outdoor spaces and local amenities.
Excellent opportunity for progression is real with a clear plan from this Quantity Surveyor role to progress into a promotion to Senior Quantity Surveyor quickly.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will have worked for a Residential Developer before and will have experience of working on a scheme from inception to completion numerous times.
For this Project Quantity Surveyor role, you must have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification and live within a reasonable commute from West Sussex. Experience of new build houses and low-rise flats is essential and ideally on multi-phased developments.
