This national house builder is looking for a technical coordinator to join their Southern team based out of their Surrey office.
Typically, as a Technical Coordinator for this leading house builder you will run 1-2 projects at one time. Your working week will be split between site, office and 1 day working from home.
Their developments will range from 50 units to multi-phased developments and depending on your current experience as Technical Coordinator you will be given suitable projects initially. The new projects you are likely to be involved with are in Basingstoke and one located towards the Southampton area and will start imminently.
For this Technical Coordinator role, you will have worked for medium to large, recognised house building brands or could be working for a smaller developer and wanting to progress to working for a larger company on bigger developments.
