Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer
This leading residential developer has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major development in Surrey.
Being a leading developer and this Senior Quantity Surveyor role being on a large, long-term development, you will need to show longevity through your career and have been involved with long term residential projects through to completion and completed a follow-on project for the same company.
For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will be based in their Surrey office working Pre-construction for the first 10-12 months and will then be based on site 3 days, per week, 1 in the office and 1 day working from home.
The scheme for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role consists of both low rise and high rise, RC frame apartments.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have a minimum of 5yrs experience working on significant residential developments and a minimum of 5yrs in the Senior Quantity Surveyor position. If you have some experience of mentoring trainees and Assistant Quantity Surveyors, it would be advantageous.
