This leading Tier 1 contractor has an immediate requirement for a Design Manager to join the company to work on a live project in Hampshire.

The project is a large new build residential development which will have a mix of houses and flats and will run for 3 years over various phases of building.

Your working week as Design Manager will mainly involve:

  • Managing the design process from inception to completion.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensuring that the design meets all regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Overseeing the production of design documentation and drawings.
  • Leading a team of designers and providing guidance and support.
