Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of financial planning and quantity surveying for high-volume projects, including sites exceeding 200 residential units, to deliver on-time and on-budget outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive site initiation budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams, enabling seamless project kickoff and early marketing efforts.
- Implement robust cost management strategies, including real-time tracking of expenditures, value assessments, and detailed reconciliations between planned and actual figures to minimize variances.
- Spearhead value optimization initiatives across all project phases, proactively identifying innovative approaches to enhance efficiency and stay competitive in evolving market conditions.
- Manage procurement processes end-to-end: sourcing suppliers, preparing competitive bids, evaluating proposals, and finalizing agreements for services, equipment, and resources in adherence to corporate standards.
- Handle subcontractor engagements, from initial recommendations and contract issuance to processing invoices, change orders, and final settlements using standard tools like spreadsheets and enterprise financial software.
