We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a residential new-build development in Yatton, North Somerset.
The development is part of a new community of traditionally designed homes, combining modern living with the character of the surrounding area. Our client is an established UK housebuilder with a strong reputation for delivering quality new homes and creating attractive residential environments.
Working alongside the existing site team, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.

Maintain high standards of health, safety and site housekeeping.

Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

Manage site progress and report issues to the relevant management team.

Ensure work is completed in line with programme and quality requirements.
Requirements:

Previous experience managing residential new-build housing developments.

Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.

Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage site activities independently and maintain high standards.
