MEP Commissioning Manager Location: West London Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Contract: Permanent The Opportunity We are working with a leading property developer to appoint an experienced MEP Commissioning Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in West London. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the commissioning of all mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring works are completed in line with the construction programme, design requirements and relevant regulations. Working closely with the MEP team, contractors, consultants and wider project management team, they will oversee commissioning progress, resolve installation issues and ensure all systems are fully tested, certified and ready for handover. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MEP Commissioning Manager with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services to join an established developer delivering major urban development projects. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the commissioning of all MEP systems in line with the construction programme and agreed completion dates Review designs and installations to ensure systems are suitable for commissioning Ensure installations are complete and compliant with relevant designs, regulations and industry standards Monitor commissioning progress, maintain trackers and report against programme milestones Coordinate commissioning activities with MEP contractors, consultants and statutory authorities Review contractor programmes, certificates and commissioning documentation Manage the collation and submission of commissioning certificates and Operation and Maintenance (O
