This southern regional contractor has an immediate need for a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a live new build residential project in Poole, Dorset.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will have residential experience and specifically RC Frame apartments and steel frame construction knowledge. The initial task you will carry out as Senior Quantity Surveyor is procurement and managing subcontractor accounts.
The project is a £19m new build project near Poole Harbour and is currently onsite with the frame going up. For this opportunity you will live within a reasonable commute as you will be on site at least 3 days per week.
A UK Quantity Surveying qualification is essential for this role and you must have residential experience in the UK. Candidates without this and new build residential projects on their CV cannot be considered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
