O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with an established and highly regarded commercial fit out contractor who are looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team, working across a range of refurbishment and Cat A fit out projects throughout Central London and the City.
The successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with the wider project team and senior management to ensure the successful commercial delivery of each scheme. Previous experience within the fit out market would be ideal; however, this is not essential. The client is also open to Quantity Surveyors who can demonstrate strong tenure and progression within a reputable main contracting environment. The role could also suit an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is ready to take the next step in their career and move into an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor position.
