The predicted salary is between 51750 - 63250 Β£ per year.

O'Neill and Brennan are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established residential developer on a 3-month contract.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a live timber frame housing development, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all on-site construction activities from timber frame erection through to completion.

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme milestones are achieved.

Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance.

Carry out quality inspections and ensure work meets company standards.

Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Keep accurate site records and report on progress.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing developments. Previous experience working with timber frame construction is essential.

Strong knowledge of NHBC standards, health & safety and quality control.

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates are required.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.
