This successful subcontractor works with some of the leading residential developers and main contractors in the UK, and they have an immediate requirement for a Commercial Assistant to assist the managing director with all Commercial administration.
You will as Commercial Assistant be:
- Taking new applications in, invoicing, credit control, variations, checking contract for new projects.
- Serving as the primary liaison between leadership, clients, and suppliers.
- Improving communication flow and accelerating project turnaround times.
- Keeping good records and organising works with the client.
For this position you will have worked within construction in a Project administrator, Commercial Assistant role or may even be a Trainee Quantity Surveyor that wants to gain more scope of experience alongside the Surveying team.
This Commercial Assistant role is based in the office in Guildford, Surrey and you will get some flexibility to work remotely.
