O'Neill and Brennan are currently partnered with a large data centre specialist contractor with a strong presence across Europe, delivering complex hyperscale schemes. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to appoint Project Quantity Surveyors to join a commercial team on a major data centre development in Milan.

This role offers excellent exposure to large-scale MEP packages and the opportunity to work alongside experienced Senior Surveyors on a flagship project.

Role Overview
  • Project: €250m+ Data Centre (MEP Package circa €145m)
  • Location: Milan (approx. 30 minutes from city centre)
  • Salary: Up to £70,000 / €80,500 + package
  • Start: Pre-construction phase (ASAP - ahead of Dec 2026/Jan 2027 site start)
  • Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
  • Supporting the commercial delivery of a €150m MEP package
  • Assisting with subcontract procurement, valuations, and variations
  • Supporting cost reporting and forecasting
  • Working closely with Senior QSs and Commercial Managers
  • Assisting in managing subcontractor accounts and project financials
Requirements
  • Experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor on construction projects
  • Ideally exposure to MEP, data centre, or large-scale commercial projects
  • Good understanding of commercial processes and contract administration
  • Willingness to work in a rotation-based / international role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
