  • Assisting with subcontractor procurement and final accounts.
  • Maintaining accurate commercial records and ensuring projects remain financially controlled.

About You

You should be commercially aware, numerate and confident interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Just as importantly, you will be someone who can communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and colleagues and who is capable of managing your own workload to meet tender and project deadlines. Experience of working on a variety of building projects would be advantageous, particularly within commercial, education, healthcare, residential or housebuilding environments.
