The Role The company is seeking a skilled QS, either at project surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor level, to join its friendly and professional commercial team in Exeter. Your new role will involve overseeing the financial and contractual management of multimillion pound projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards. Preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts Conducting cost analysis and financial risk assessments Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to secure cost-effective agreements Prepareing interim valuations, variations, and final accounts Collaborating with project teams to monitor progress and address commercial challenges Ideally you'll hold or be working towards a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Experience in commercial project delivery sectors such as health and education Proficient in in cost management software Hold a full UK driving licence A competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package, including pension and healthcare Opportunities for career advancement within a Tier 1 contractor Support for professional development and achieving chartership A collaborative and inclusive workplace culture The opportunity to contribute to multimillion-pound, community-focused projects Location: Exeter, with occasional travel to project sites across the South West.
