Overview

CSCS General Labourer – Birmingham
O\’Neill & Brennan is currently recruiting for a General Labourer to start work on a busy construction site in Birmingham.

Working hours are from 7:00am to 5:00pm – Monday to Friday. This could be subject to change on site. Ongoing must be a car driver with a driving licence.

All applicants MUST have a CSCS Card and labouring experience minimum of 1 year. Must be prepared to do a full DBS check and provide references. Must be able to communicate with the site manager to obtain daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and clearing of construction sites.
• Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision.
• Follow site safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Support skilled tradespeople as required, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Report any hazards or safety concerns to the site supervisor promptly.

To be successful, the candidate must have

• CSCS Card
• PPE (This can be provided if required)
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
• Full DBS check and references required
• Must be a car driver
