O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a well-established main contractor specialising in high-spec refurbishment, fit-out and heavy cut & carve projects across Central London. Due to a strong secured pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
The business has built an excellent reputation delivering technically challenging commercial projects within constrained Central London environments, often involving structural alterations, façade retention and complex MEP coordination.
Role Overview- Project: Commercial Refurbishment/Fit-Out/Cut & Carve
- Location: City of London
- Salary: Up to £77,500 + package
- Start: ASAP but can wait for notice periods
- Type: Permanent
- Managing commercial packages across refurbishment and fit-out schemes
- Subcontract procurement, valuations and variation management
- Cost reporting, forecasting and financial control
- Working closely with project and site teams throughout delivery
- Assisting with final accounts and subcontractor management
- Experience working on refurbishment, fit-out or cut & carve projects
- Main contractor experience preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial reporting and contract administration
- Comfortable working on technically complex Central London schemes
- Good communication and organisational skills
