Carpenter and Joiner

Carpenter – Birmingham - Permanent - Annual salary plus van and fuel card O'Neill and Brennan are currently recruiting for a Carpenter/Joiner to work on refurbishment projects around the West Midlands - work will primarily be based in one location, however there will be call outs (in daytime hours) to other sites as part of a facilities management role. Working hours are from 7.30am to 17:00pm - Monday to Friday. Potential for Saturday work, however not essential. Core work will be carpentry and joinery, however basic knowledge of other trades would be beneficial. All applicants MUST have a Gold or Blue CSCS Card ONLY and own tools. Duties: • To carry out carpentry tasks according to the specified project standards under the guidance of the Site Manager • Compliance with specification / Compliance with materials and workmanship • Responsibly handle all tools owned by the company • Wear appropriate clothing and PPE relevant to the assigned task • Ensure all areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the working day To be successful the candidate must have: • Previous site-based work experience • Knowledge of current Health and Safety Legislation • Knowledge of working within the Public Sector • Valid clean driving licence If you're interested in this position, please call our team on 01214565588 or text 07443104626 for more details.
