O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a major data centre specialist contractor delivering hyperscale projects across Mainland Europe. Due to continued growth and multiple new project awards, they are seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their European delivery team working on large-scale data centre developments. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction, working on technically complex mission-critical projects with long-term career progression and exposure to major international schemes.

Role Overview

  • Project: Hyperscale Data Centres
  • Location: Mainland Europe
  • Salary: Up to £90,000 + package
  • Start: ASAP but can wait for notice periods
  • Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Commercial management of large-scale MEP packages on hyperscale data centre projects
  • Subcontract procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts
  • Producing CVRs, forecasts and financial reporting
  • Managing upstream and downstream commercial processes
  • Supporting successful delivery of technically complex mission-critical projects

Requirements

  • Experience working as an MEP Quantity Surveyor within a contractor or specialist M&E subcontractor environment
  • Data centre experience beneficial but not essential
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical packages
  • European passport preferred, although sponsorship can also be considered
  • Willingness to relocate and work within Mainland Europe on rotation if required
