The Role: Lead QS on a flagship refurbishment scheme - full commercial control. Procurement, valuations, variations, CVRs, and final accounts. Drive project profitability and client relationships.
Desired attributes: 5-10 years' QS experience (main contractor or specialist). Proactive, hands-on, and able to run a project independently. Degree-qualified (or equivalent); CSCS card.
Package: £50,000 - £60,000 £5,200 car allowance. Flexible for exceptional candidates.
