We're a fast-growing global renewable energy company specializing in Microinverters and Residential Battery Storage - offering complete home energy management solutions. As we expand in Netherlands & United Kingdom, we're looking for a Channel Sales Manager to build and scale our partner network.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and grow distribution channels across NL for our Microinverters, Battery Storage, and Hybrid Systems
- Identify, recruit, and manage local distributors, installers, and system integrators
- Drive sales targets and expand market presence in the Dutch Solar + ESS
- Conduct market & competitor analysis to shape go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with technical support and marketing teams to ensure partner success
- Represent the company at exhibitions and events
- Report sales performance and market feedback to HQ
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business
- 3+ years of channel/distribution sales experience in solar or energy storage
- Proven track record in B2B sales and partner management
- Strong understanding of the Dutch renewable energy ecosystem (installer networks, regulations)
- Fluent English; Dutch language is a strong plus
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for green energy
