  • Act as the primary finance contact for LAS, ensuring all financial reporting is delivered accurately, timely, and to the highest standard.
  • Review commission statements to verify accuracy and liaise with external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or required adjustments.
  • Coordinate the prompt transfer of funds to third parties upon receipt of commission payments.
  • Partner with LAS colleagues to review existing processes, identify improvements, and take ownership of key operational activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Data, Technical, and FP&A, to automate processes and support the migration of policy data to the new IBA system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing detailed financial analysis and support in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

  • Highly organised, with the ability to effectively prioritise and adapt to changing circumstances and competing demands.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, together with experience using financial systems and applications.
  • Experience within the insurance or reinsurance industry would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
