Job Purpose
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing Human Resources team. Operating in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, the team is dedicated to delivering solutions for stakeholders and employees globally; aligning strategies with business goals to drive overall success. This position presents an opportunity to contribute to and help shape Oneglobal’s expanding international network. The successful candidate will bring experience from a similar HR support or corporate administrative role and demonstrate a proactive, solution‑focused approach.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include providing administrative HR support to managers and employees across Oneglobal’s offices in Europe, Asia, Middle East and the Americas, covering a broad range of employee lifecycle activities, initiatives, and queries. Based in our London office, this permanent position provides the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders across our global network while supporting personal and professional growth. The role operates within an inclusive and collaborative environment that promotes continuous learning and development of skills and knowledge.

  • Support with internal and external inquiries across the group and monitor the HR team inbox, responding to queries promptly or escalating where necessary
  • Assist with recruitment activities across the group, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Gather, analyse, and maintain HR data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Update HR systems and trackers, and produce reports on key metrics such as absence, performance, and diversity
  • Assist in the day‑to‑day administration of all UK benefits programmes
  • Support with the running of payroll processes globally, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery whilst ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • With support, participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and reports whilst adhering to relevant data protection legislation
  • Lead pre‑onboarding activities, including preparing offer documentation and coordinating background screening for new hires
  • Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees globally
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives focused on enhancing processes and improving the overall employee experience
  • Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth and effective HR operations
  • Actively contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open, equal and collaborative communication culture
  • Establish and maintain good business relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong administrative experience is essential
HR experience desirable but not essential
High level of attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
Proven ability to manage a high‑volume, varied workload and prioritise effectively
Team player and willing to work flexibly and assist colleagues as required
Highly organised, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to use initiative and work independently
Previous experience working with ambiguous data sets is advantageous
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced organisation, ensuring stakeholder needs are met
Desire to continue personal development, particularly in keeping up to date with employment law and HR trends
Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Excellent analytical skills
Experience of working within complex, multi‑matrix international organisational structures
