Key Accountabilities
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand operational challenges, opportunities, and business objectives relating to the OpenTWINS migration and other change initiatives.

- Support data migration activities, including source-to-target data mapping, data cleansing and validation requirements, and data quality checks.
- Support UAT planning and execution: write test cases and scripts, coordinate testing, and track defects through to resolution.
- Recommend solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance service delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
- Contribute to change management and business readiness activities, including training materials, user guides, and stakeholder communications.
- Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams and subject matter experts, and as liaison between the business and technical/delivery teams, including the OpenTWINS vendor.
- Assist in defining system requirements, business rules, and workflow configuration.
- Ensure solutions comply with FCA requirements and internal governance standards.
- Assess the operational and regulatory impacts of proposed changes.
