As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will focus on managing and optimizing our ad supply across both display and video. Your role will involve technical project management, troubleshooting, and high-level consulting to our clients and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the Client Services Management team, Product & Engineering, and key external partners to ensure seamless video ad delivery and monetization.
Your Role
- Serve as the primary technical contact for Client Services, Programmatic team, product, and engineering and technical solutions partners we work with.
- Implement, monitor, and optimize programmatic ad stacks, including GAM, header bidding, and mediation platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ad delivery, reporting, and revenue discrepancies.
- Collaborate with SSPs, ad exchanges, and mediation partners to ensure proper integrations.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve yield, fill rate, and CPMs.
- Assist in ad ops automation, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Train internal teams on best practices for programmatic monetization.
- Stay updated on ad tech trends, programmatic innovations, and GAM updates.
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in publisher monetisation, programmatic ad operations, or technical account management.
- Solid experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM).
- Experience in mobile app monetisation and mediation networks.
- Practical experience with SSPs, mediation platforms, or header bidding solutions (e.g., PubMatic, GAM, Prebid).
- Experience with troubleshooting, ad serving, reporting, and resolving revenue discrepancies.
- Well-developed analytical skills using Excel, Looker, BigQuery, or comparable analytics tools.
- Very good communication and account management skills, including fluency in English (written and spoken).
