Beagle Street is looking for an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to drive sustainable growth across our protection distribution partnerships. This is a high-impact role, owning relationships with major intermediary firms, networks, and consolidators, and positioning Beagle Street as a preferred protection provider across the UK.
You’ll lead national account strategy end-to-end by building deep, long-term partnerships, unlocking new distribution opportunities, and delivering profitable growth aligned to our wider business ambitions. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll translate market insight and data into partner-centric solutions that strengthen our presence and credibility in the intermediated protection market.
What you’ll do:
- Own and grow key national and strategic intermediary relationships
- Develop and deliver tailored account strategies to maximise APE and long-term value
- Unlock new opportunities across panels, propositions, and digital distribution
- Lead senior-level partner engagement and represent Beagle Street across the market
- Use data, MI, and insight to drive informed, commercial decision-making
- Deputise for the Head of Distribution Sales when required
