Help us deliver high-quality software used by our customers and One Family colleagues. You’ll spot risk early, shape clear acceptance criteria, and combine smart test design with hands-on automation to keep releases safe, reliable, and fast.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify opportunities to implement and expand automated testing to support successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to inception, story creation, analysis, and development—bringing a quality mindset from day one.
  • Support implementation and accurate tracking of enhancements and new developments.
  • Assist in articulating and evaluating business requirements, translating them into clear tests and acceptance criteria.
  • Support integration testing across developments and systems.
  • Play an active role in the agile process to ensure consistently high standards of delivery.

How you’ll contribute:

  • Help build a culture of innovation, enthusiasm, and passion for quality engineering.
  • Liaise between the Product Owner and Business Analysts to define testing and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with agile delivery teams to ship high-quality software.
  • Develop test automation for functional, compatibility, and mobile device testing.
  • Facilitate engagement across functional areas of the business.
  • Participate in showcases and share quality insights with stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

  • Curiosity and drive to build deep product knowledge.
  • Experience working in agile teams.
  • Strong experience testing web-based applications, with an eye for usability and risk.
  • Strong database skills, including writing SQL.
  • Knowledge of performance and security testing, plus good web performance practices.
  • Exposure to TDD and a collaborative approach to quality.
  • Experience automating tests across web and mobile.
  • Ability to code automated test scripts (not just record-and-playback).
