We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our central Project Management Pool within the Change Management Function. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of high‑priority, complex change initiatives, working across business areas, IT teams operating under DevSecOps principles, and third‑party partners to deliver meaningful outcomes and real business value.
You’ll shape delivery from day one—mobilising projects, defining scope, managing risks, and ensuring everything stays on track across timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. You’ll also play a key role in uplifting capability across the function, flexing delivery methodologies to suit each project, and supporting the development of other project managers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the planning, mobilisation, and delivery of complex projects
- Creating and owning key project artefacts (scope, plans, RAID logs, budgets, reporting)
- Working closely with IT Suppliers and DevSecOps delivery teams to align project and technical pipelines
- Managing stakeholder expectations across the business, ensuring clarity on benefits and operating model changes
- Proactively controlling risks, issues, dependencies, and change
- Reporting progress and performance against agreed baselines
- Managing supplier deliverables and ensuring integration with internal plans
- Contributing to continuous improvement and mentoring other project managers
What you’ll bring:
- A strong track record of delivering complex or enterprise‑wide projects in governed or regulated environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including experience influencing and presenting at executive level
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, MSP) and the ability to adapt your approach
- Experience managing third-party vendors and outsourced delivery partners
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and benefits
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with a solutions-focused mindset
- Leadership and mentoring skills to help develop others and shape a high‑performing delivery community
