We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Distribution Onboarding Specialist to support the effective delivery of Distribution operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring new intermediaries, firms, and advisers are onboarded accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory, risk, and business requirements.
You will manage the end-to-end onboarding, registration, and ongoing monitoring of intermediary partners, helping to make sure new relationships are set up correctly from day one and continue to meet the required standards. Working closely with Distribution, Risk & Compliance, Operations, and external partners, you will provide reliable operational support, maintain high-quality records, and help deliver a consistent, controlled onboarding experience.
