We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Call Centre team on a 6-month fixed term basis. We can teach you everything you need to know through our engaging training programme.
A successful Customer Service Representative in our Call Centre will:
- Put the customer at the heart of what you do
- Have experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced target driven workplace
- Be able to problem solve to achieve the best outcomes for customers
- Have good communication skills verbally and written
- Have the ability to work with various computer systems and take inbound calls
You will be responsible for:
- Responding accurately to inbound customer queries regarding their OneFamily products
- Taking ownership of a customer's query from start to finish, making sure it's responded to within the agreed service level
- Providing the admin team with clear and correct information to process customer requests
- Keeping up to date with any changes to products, processes and procedures, to ensure the customer is given the correct and relevant information
