We're looking for a Business Outcomes Delivery Lead to drive strategic change, combining strong delivery leadership, business analysis expertise, and the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams. You'll lead high-performing teams, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and collaborate closely with Infrastructure and Technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of customer-focused outcomes.
What you'll bring
- Experience leading change delivery across a range of methodologies.
- Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
- Financial Services experience and understanding of business processes.
- Proven experience working closely with Technology and Infrastructure teams to deliver business and technical change.
- Ability to translate business requirements into infrastructure, platform, and operational delivery outcomes.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative, delivery-focused approach with strong communication skills.
What you'll do:
- Lead strategic change initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Manage and develop delivery teams.
- Translate business requirements into effective solutions.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to plan and deliver technology-enabled change.
- Coordinate dependencies between business, delivery, and infrastructure workstreams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement and customer-centric outcomes.
- Manage risks, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
Desirable experience
- Experience delivering change involving infrastructure, platform, cloud, network, or operational technology components.
- Experience partnering with Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to successfully deliver technology-enabled business change.
