We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands‑on Marketing Assistant to join our group marketing team. This is a junior role, perfect for a graduate or someone taking their first step into the marketing world. You’ll work closely with our UK and SA teams, and no two days will be the same – one moment you might be helping to set up a stand at an event, the next you could be supporting the team on major projects, and everything in between. This is a truly varied, hands‑on role where you’ll get exposure to all areas of marketing. No experience is required – we’re looking for someone who is tech‑savvy, eager to learn, and ambitious. You’ll need a sharp eye for detail and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in whatever needs doing. If you’re the kind of person who sees a task and thinks “I can do that”, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule, and send promotional email campaigns, including managing email lists and reporting on basic performance metrics.
  • Create co‑branded collateral for partners using existing templates, ensuring everything aligns with our brand guidelines.
  • Provide light‑touch design support for social assets, one‑pagers, and sales decks – you should have a good eye for what looks polished and professional.
  • Set up and update webpages using our content management system.
  • Assist in setting up marketing workflows and automations, such as lead nurturing sequences.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, up‑to‑date, and user‑friendly.
  • Support the team by building and formatting high‑quality presentations in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc administrative marketing tasks to keep the team running smoothly – from organising files to helping out at events.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive problem‑solver who spots what needs doing and jumps in without being asked.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable picking up new software tools quickly – you enjoy figuring out how to make systems and processes work better.
  • Strong attention to detail – you take pride in getting things right and feel confident checking and feeding back on other people’s work.
  • A “no task is too small” attitude – you’re always happy to help, whether that’s building a presentation or setting up a stand at an event.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift – you’re adaptable and don’t get flustered by change.
  • Ambitious and eager to learn – you see this as a stepping stone and want to grow with the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • No prior marketing experience needed – this role is open to graduates and first‑jobbers.
  • Basic familiarity with design tools like Canva is a plus (Adobe Creative Suite or Figma are not required but welcome).
  • Comfortable using a CMS (like WordPress or Webflow) for basic page updates – or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides – you know how to make a presentation look clean and professional.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for marketing and a hunger to develop your skills in a real‑world environment.
