OneDome is seeking a Head of Training to lead design and delivery of broker training across the group. You will own onboarding, Become the training expert on OneDome's bespoke CRM and connected software, and deliver practical instruction to ensure brokers reach proficiency and productivity.
You will lead both in-person and virtual sessions, build central training resources, and drive adoption during system changes and acquisitions, collaborating with Product, Tech and Compliance.
