OneDome is seeking an Appointed Representative Recruitment Manager to identify, engage and recruit mortgage broker firms into our AR network. This is a hybrid/remote UK role, reporting to the Head of Network Growth, with responsibility to build a scalable pipeline and onboard firms that meet regulatory standards.

You will work cross-functionally with Compliance, Operations and Marketing to promote our products, manage CRM records and attend industry events while developing long-term partnerships across the UK.
