This gives our clients the ability to focus on what’s most important to them and their employees: doing their best work and living their best lives.If you are looking for a career where you are helping people and businesses thrive, even during times of uncertainty, OneDigital is the right career for you.Our Newest Opportunity:Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist Account Executive in marketing and servicing clients within the account teamBuild relationships with clients and have the ability to answer basic insurance questionsMaintain appropriate business contact with clientAssist with issuing insurance bindersProcess invoices for both new and renewal policiesProcess change requests from client, setting an activity for receipt of the endorsement from the insurance carrierProcess received endorsements, check for accuracy, invoice and send to client with clear explanation of changeCheck and invoice premium audits. Send to client with clear explanation of additional or return premiumUpdate the Applied/Epic system and the shared drive to reflect changes during the coverage termOrder loss runs for renewal submissions and prepare loss summariesGenerate ID cards and certificates of insuranceComplete surplus lines filingsComplete preliminary policy checking for all accounts and submit change requests to the underwriterRenew binder extensionsFollow up on open activitiesObtain premium finance quotesObtain flood zone determinations and NFIP quotes where applicableAll other duties and projects as assignedWork Experience2-3 years of insurance experienceTechnical SkillsBasic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to navigate vendor or agency management systems as applicable.Proficiency in Applied / Epic or ability to learn these programs.Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus.Ability to manage client needs and multiple tasks.Good organization skills.Attention to accuracy and detail.Physical DemandsMay require lifting up to 25 pounds.Travel RequiredUp to 10% of the timeAdditional RequirementsExcellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant disposition required at all times.Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.Team player.The typical base pay range for this role is $70,000 - $95,000Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
