Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of both our curriculum content and platform tools, with an AI-first mindset. Working closely with software, design, and content teams, you will ensure that our curriculum and LMS provide cutting-edge AI capabilities, empowering entrepreneurs to ideate, validate, and launch their business ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• AI layered right the way through Oneday’s MBA curriculum modules – Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools and frameworks that enhance the MBA learning experience (video masterclasses, practical assignments, etc.) and accelerate student founders’ path to market traction.
• Product Vision & Strategy – Develop and maintain a roadmap for integrating AI features into the LMS, ensuring alignment with business goals, emerging market opportunities, and the ultimate objective of helping founders launch and scale successfully.
• User Experience & Optimization – Continuously refine AI tools and features through user feedback, data analytics, and iterative testing, delivering sticky, usable, useful tools that provide founders with short-cuts to great outcomes
• Innovation & Research – Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and best practices, championing continuous improvement and new feature exploration

About the person

• Proven experience in product management, specifically with a focus on AI or ML-driven products.
• Creative, experimental and courageous. We are taking big swings, not iterative steps.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with learning platforms or edtech solutions is a plus.
