We are looking for a front-footed, operational lead to oversee cohort-based programme delivery for our rapidly growing Entrepreneurial MBA programme.
You will:
- Lead the launch of each monthly cohort, connecting finance, customer experience and the mentorship team to ensure a seamless experience for founders and mentors.
- Optimize the onboarding and offboarding processes for mentors and founders.
- Oversee the scheduling process for group sessions across the programme and at key points of the programme.
- Work with the mentor recruitment to ensure programme coverage well in advance.
- Oversee the end-of-experience to optimize the journey through graduation and into the alumni programme.
- Design and implement cohortal experiments to drive up performance against key metrics (NPS, retention, traction, academic engagement).
