Onecom in Swindon is seeking an ITMS Second Line Technician to join its Managed Services team.

You will provide remote and occasional on-site support across Windows, mac OS, Microsoft 365, servers, networking, and security tools, handling escalations with confidence and customer focus.

You'll own complex tickets, document solutions, work to SLAs, and travel to customer sites as required, with shifts between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.
