Join our Team as a Logistics Administrator!

Location: Whiteley

Salary: £27,250 Per Annum

Hours: Mon-Wed 8:30am - 5:30pm, Thu & Fri 8am - 5pm

About the role:

Are you organised and process-driven with a passion for seamless logistics? This role involves overseeing stock movements, administering inbound and outbound shipments, and preparing devices for customer delivery. With a focus on pick, pack, and dispatch operations, as well as programming and device testing, you’ll play a key part in ensuring compliance with regulations and driving efficient supply chain processes.

  • Process datasets for third-party shipments, ensuring system accuracy.
  • Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and coordination.
  • Perform stock takes and validate shipments to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
  • Customise device programming based on customer requirements.
  • Conduct testing and validation procedures for mobile device returns, including verification, assessment, and secure data erasure.
  • Assist the wider team with secondary tasks as needed.
