Location: Whiteley, Hampshire
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm
About the role:
Are you ready to provide practical and commercial legal advice in a dynamic environment? As a Legal Counsel at Onecom, you’ll work closely with our legal team to support the business with varied legal enquiries, contract management, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for varied legal enquiries from the business
- Advise internally and instruct external counsel
- Manage legal matters and projects
- Review, amend, and negotiate contracts with third parties
- Draft sales contracts, NDAs, and various other agreements
- Maintain and update standard legal documents
- Manage the contract process through to completion
- Maintain corporate records and handle Companies House filings
- Keep up to date with upcoming legal and regulatory changes
- Advise the business on regulatory and compliance matters
- Update company documentation
