Location: Whiteley
Contract: 6 month Fixed‑Term Contract
Salary: £26,500 Per Annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
About The Role
The Service Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all company returns and repairs are processed and managed correctly while delivering a high level of service to our customers and the internal business. This will encompass efficient handling of customer and supplier return and repair requests, including checking for accuracy in terms of quantity, description, part/model, reason type, price and condition.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage returns and repairs across Mobile, IT and Telephony devices
- Validate returns including quantities, descriptions, models, pricing and condition
- Process goods in and maintain accurate records
- Handle quote management and customer communication
- Dispatch goods promptly and correctly
- Test devices and perform data wiping where required
- Create inspection or fault reports and customer invoices
- Program devices to meet customer specifications
- Maintain correct storage of materials and goods
- Keep all system information updated and accurate
- Follow company policies, processes and procedures
- Support internal teams with coordination and communication
- Carry out additional duties as required by the line manager
