About the role
We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to drive Onecom’s digital strategy and elevate our online presence across the group. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of our website, lead key digital channels including Google Ads and HubSpot, and deliver high‑performing campaigns that fuel revenue growth. You’ll blend creativity with data-driven decision‑making, constantly optimising our digital ecosystem to improve conversion, customer experience, and marketing effectiveness, while championing innovation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement across all digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy to drive growth and strengthen brand visibility
- Manage and optimise the Onecom website ensuring content, performance and conversion journeys are continually improved
- Plan and deliver multi‑channel digital campaigns across the group
- Manage paid channels, particularly Google Ads, to maximise ROI and increase qualified traffic
- Build and optimise HubSpot landing pages, forms, workflows and automations
- Ensure enquiries are accurately tracked, attributed and routed effectively to Lead Gen teams
- Set, monitor and report on KPIs including traffic, conversion, engagement and ROI
- Use insight and data to drive continuous optimisation across campaigns and digital experiences
- Lead improvements in website UX, site speed, SEO and content relevance
- Maintain consistent brand tone and quality across all digital touchpoints
- Support the creation of high-quality digital assets for campaigns
- Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies, leveraging AI for content creation, workflows and performance enhancements
