About the role: We're looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our Operations Team, reporting to our Fulfilment Team Leader. This role involves overseeing stock movements, administering inbound and outbound shipments, and preparing devices for customer delivery. With a focus on pick, pack, and dispatch operations, as well as programming and device testing, you’ll play a key part in ensuring compliance with regulations and driving efficient supply chain processes.
What you'll be doing:
- Receiving, storing, and handling stock and products safely and accurately
- Managing dispatch and returns processes
- Updating and maintaining accurate information within company systems
- Processing shipment datasets and ensuring system records remain accurate
- Carrying out stock takes and validating incoming and outgoing shipments
- Programming and configuring devices to customer specifications
- Testing, assessing, and processing returned mobile devices
- Performing secure data erasure and validation procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Supporting colleagues and assisting with wider operational activities as required
