Join our Team as an Enterprise Support Administrator!

Location: Shoeburyness

Salary: £26,000 Per Annum + KPI Bonus

Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

  • Provide solutions and troubleshoot technical issues for Enterprise clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve ticket escalations
  • Maintain accurate client interaction records in CRM systems
  • Utilise and adapt templates to provide updates internally and externally
