Salary: £25,100 Per Annum

Hours:Monday- Friday09:00-17:30

About the role:

As a Billing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing across all divisions by managing call and line data records, resolving billing issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities:

  • Run reports and perform checks on customer charging using internal billing systems
  • Investigate and resolve unbilled items and tariff issues
  • Collect and validate CDRs and LDRs, identifying efficiencies
  • Follow procedures to support live bill run sign-offs
  • Assist in improving billing processes, including templating and data collection
  • Support both Managed Billing and Wholesale Billing teams through cross-training
  • Handle charge queries and assist with partner migrations
  • Provide ad-hoc support and reporting as required
  • Collaborate with the line manager on process improvements and reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing across all customer accounts
