Responsibilities
- Make calls to businesses to qualify their requirements and create tailored business solutions.
- Build and manage successful customer relationships.
- Listen to customer needs and present solutions.
- Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers and managers.
- Achieve volume and profit targets.
- Maintain data integrity on the CRM.
