As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and helping shape our UK and international expansion. We’ve raised over £1.2M at pre-seed and are the fastest growing cybersecurity company in the North of England.
About The Role
You’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing new business, expanding existing relationships, and collaborating with our product and marketing teams to deliver a world-class experience for our customers. This office-based role offers excellent earning potential and a genuinely supportive, energising work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnership development
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close and onboarding
- Identify and nurture opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Present and demonstrate OneClickComply’s product suite to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure excellent handover to customer success
- Maintain accurate reporting and forecasts within our CRM
- Represent OneClickComply at trade shows, industry events, and online
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS/software, cybersecurity, or compliance
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with ambitious targets
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation and networking skills
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex deals
- Organised, with strong attention to detail and passion for learning
- Confident and proven ability to cold call and warm call prospects, with resilience and professionalism
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience using sales and outreach platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Cognism, Clay, lemlist, or similar)
- Competence with modern CRM and lead generation tools, comfortable running multi-channel outbound campaigns
