We strive to grow global GDP by designing and operating matching markets leveraging advances in auction theory and artificial intelligence. We’re expanding our Technical Account Management team in London or Amsterdam. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in financial markets, eager to develop their skills in electronic trading operations and market connectivity infrastructure.

As part of our European Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth platform operations, supporting clients with onboarding and connectivity across equities and FX markets and monitoring trading activity. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a keen interest in market infrastructure, trading technology, networking, and regulatory frameworks to gain hands-on experience and broaden their responsibilities at the intersection of trading, technology, and regulation.

What You’ll Do
  • Client Support & Onboarding
    • Manage new and existing clients with technical onboarding, account setup, certifications and FIX protocol connectivity, including network configuration and session management.
    • Guide clients through onboarding and testing, ensuring adherence to MTF requirements and trading rules.
    • Troubleshoot client connectivity or trading issues (including FIX sessions, TCP/IP connectivity, firewall or routing matters), escalating to technology & engineering teams where necessary.
  • Trading & Market Technical Operations
    • Monitor live trading activity and platform performance, ensuring seamless execution for market Subscribers.
    • Oversee market data integrity, trade lifecycle events, and system connectivity across European equities and FX markets.
    • Assist in managing trading sessions, providing regular updates and reports on system health to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Support
    • Ensure operational processes adhere to MiFID II and other relevant UK & European trading regulations.
    • Monitor trade reporting obligations and support regulatory inquiries as needed.
    • Assist in reconciling post-trade workflows and market surveillance functions.
Who You Are
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in trading operations, client support, or market operations within an MTF, trading venue or trading firm would be ideal, including exposure to client connectivity or technical infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of European financial markets, particularly equities and FX trading landscape.
  • Familiarity with Networking, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, multicast, firewalls, VPNs), FIX protocol, market data feeds, and order/trade lifecycle processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage incidents in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support clients and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Experience with SQL, monitoring tools, or Grafana is a plus. Some engineering experience would also be advantageous (i.e. Python).
