What You’ll Do
You’ll be the engine room behind our day‑to‑day field operations – ensuring jobs are logged, allocated, delivered, and closed with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign jobs to our team of contractors and operatives.
- Make initial site visits to assess job scope and collect accurate specifications.
- Track progress and ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Carry out follow‑up inspections for quality control and snagging where necessary.
- Close jobs off on our internal systems and client portals with reports/photos.
- Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housing standards across all works.
- Be the go‑to point of contact for on‑site teams and help resolve any blockers.
- Assist with onboarding new subcontractors and briefing them on standards.
