Qualifications and Personal Attributes
- Arabic speaking ability
- Care experience and NVQ Care Level 2 or 3
- Some experience in caring for clients in their own home
- Flexible and adaptable working hours
- Caring, diplomatic and able to recognise signs when the client is stressed and needs support
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, reliable, excellent timekeeping, patient and persistent
- Organised with a flexible and empathetic attitude and a passion for care
