Job Description

Onecare is a professional Home Care provider that has built a reputation for providing quality care. We are now recruiting a reliable Office Admin to join our professional management team, who is organised, flexible with good time management skills and wants to make a positive difference. It is essential that you have relevant experience and knowledge in administration.

We encourage and support the professional development of staff through our training programme.\\n\\n * Experience in documentation and maintaining effective systems for electronic and paper filing accurately and information retrieval efficiently.\\n\\n * Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including official correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.\\n\\n * Provide support as part of the management team to other officers as required.\\n\\n * To ensure the office area creates a positive impression – tidy and clean with up-to-date information available.\\n\\n * Ordering request PPE and office supplies.\\n\\n * Registering staff on DBS and update service.\\n\\n * To coordinate with Care Manager, Coordinators and Supervisors and HR to have a seamless running of office administration – Print outs of care plans, supervisory reports, spot checks etc or creating any new documents needed.\\n\\n * Preparing folders for new packages and updating packages on POC spreadsheet and provide general support to office staff and carers.\\n\\n * Maintaining effective systems for electronic and paper filing accurately and information retrieval with the approval of Care Manager.\\n\\n * To ensure all the documentation and reports are fully CQC compliant.\\n\\n * To undertake administrative duties as allocated by the Director or Managers\\n\\nPersonal Attributes\\n\\n * Flexible and adaptable.\\n\\n * Ability to work as a team player and independently.\\n\\n * To be enthusiastic, outgoing and reliable.\\n\\n * Outstanding verbal and written skills.\\n\\n * Good telephone manner.\\n\\n * Problem-solver with good time-management skills.\\n\\nExperience\\n\\nA minimum of 1-year of experience in an administrative position.\\n\\nGood knowledge of Microsoft office\\n\\nProven experience of administration in a business setting is a bonus.\\n\\nQualifications\\n\\nAdmin qualification will be appreciated.\\n\\nJob Types: Full-time, Permanent\\n\\nSalary: £24,000 to £25,000 per annum\\n\\nPlease submit your CV OR contact our office between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday
